I have simple Idea about how to increase Youtube Channel's Subscribers.
Here are some ideas.
1. Upload unique videos that grow up your fans and they will definetly subscribe your channel.
2. Without uploading any videos:
i) Go to youtube "live streaming" and click on "events".
ii) Before creating events, note out the upcoming events through the world, it's time schedules. Upcoming events may be sport soccer live, cricket, basketballs, bbc news or anything in which people are going to search that in youtube.
iii) For eg. live match of Barcelona vs Atletico Madrid is scheduled to be start at 12:00 AM on your local time, you have to creat live events 2-3 hour before game starting.
iv) For that, go to youtube events, click on ' creat new events' and give title like "Live- Barcelona vs Atletico Madrid | Laliga 2016
v) Input the standard schedulation of match time with end time if possible.
vi) In Description and share messege box, write " It's CHANNEL-NAME 's presentation, please subscribe channel to watch live"
vii) Then tick on encoding type of stream and creat stream.
viii) In ingestion setting, upload photo related to your event using google image and quality set to any like 1080p. And save it.
ix) you don't need to input further information.
x) It will be pulblished on youtube as upcoming events. While people search by relative keywords, they will find it and subscribing chance will be greater.
You can get from 10 to 100 subscribers each day by using this idea without uploading any videos.
